Bonus 16-7 |
| | 8.4c "lines-only" precancel on advertising postcard mailed at bulk rate, recipient-stamped Sept. 23, 1981. (Edited from source image used to advertise sale of this cover, July 2009, courtesy of Jeff Switt.) |

Bonus 16-8 |
| | Color study of mint stamps (typical selection, not meant to be exhaustive), including imperforate-error examples. Imperforate coils were commonly found for this issue, and are not expensive as mint. (Finding one used on a commercial mailing is an entirely different matter; I am not aware of any such cover.) Recall only the "lines-only" precancels are on dull-gum paper. |
